Title: Market Researcher/Recruitment Resourcer/Sourcer

Location : Onsite in Westwood, NJ (must be able to commute to office)

Poisition Type: Part-time Contract - 20hrs per week

We specialize in multiple practice areas, including Logistics, Salesforce, Cannabis, Accounting & Finance, Sales & Marketing, and IT, since 2009. We have created double-digit annual growth through our dedication to traditional sectors while consistently investing in emerging industries and new technologies. We are looking for a Part-time, 15-20 hours per week, Researcher/Recruiting Coordinator to join our team!

That's Great, But What's The Job?

· Learn the Recruitment business and grow within our organization!!

· Support the CEO, VP and practice leaders through coordinated research.

· Create marketing research and branding strategies to attract high-quality candidates

· Create and post creative job descriptions on job boards and LinkedIn

· Search for the ideal active and passive candidates for our clients through various internal tools

· Effectively review applicants to meet position requirements

· Conduct daily calls to engage candidates and schedule phone screen interviews with Recruiters

· Maintain company ATS/Contact Management database

· Initiate the onboarding process for offered candidates

Basic Qualifications:

• Hard-working, smart, and driven to succeed, learn and grow!
• Must Enjoy research
• Must be detail-oriented
• 1+ years of work experience
• Understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, MS Teams and Excel)
• Excellent personality, easy to get along with
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable working at a desk job
• BA/BS Degree preferred
