Job Description

We're looking for highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Assistants to provide administrative support to our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will work remotely and perform various tasks, including email management, calendar organization, data entry, and social media management. Responsibilities

  • Email Management: Manage incoming and outgoing emails, respond to routine inquiries, and forward complex issues to relevant team members.
  • Calendar Organization: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely reminders and notifications.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter data into our CRM system, maintain up-to-date records, and perform data-related tasks as needed.
  • Social Media Management/Marketing: Assist in creating and scheduling social media content, engage with followers, and monitor analytics.
  • Administrative/Recruitment Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including recruitment, training, document preparation, expense tracking, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Relevant Experience: Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a related administrative role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM software; familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
