Review Policy – BESTI 2025

To ensure academic rigor, quality, and originality of submissions, the BESTI 2025 conference follows a structured and transparent review process:
1. Submission Guidelines
- Authors must submit original, unpublished work.
- All manuscripts should follow the formatting and referencing guidelines shared on the conference website.
- Submissions must be made through the designated online portal or conference email.
2. Initial Screening
- The Editorial Committee will screen all submissions for relevance to the conference themes, plagiarism, formatting, and language clarity.
- Submissions with a similarity index above 15% (excluding references and common phrases) will be rejected without review.
3. Double-Blind Peer Review
- Each eligible submission will undergo double-blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant field.
- Reviewers will assess the paper based on:
- Originality and contribution to the field
- Clarity of objectives and methodology
- Relevance to conference tracks
- Theoretical and/or practical significance
- Coherence, scholarly writing, and proper referencing
4. Reviewer Recommendations
Each reviewer will recommend one of the following:
- Accept (with or without minor revisions)
- Accept with major revisions
- Reject
5. Final Submission and Presentation
- Authors of accepted papers must submit revised versions addressing reviewer comments by the specified deadline.
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present their work during the conference for it to be considered as part of the final proceedings.
